Day 01 : Departing from Quito
We depart early from Quito by private transport, traveling through the Andean highlands toward the charming town of Baños de Agua Santa, a magical destination nestled between mountains and waterfalls at the edge of the Amazon Basin.
Our first visit takes us to the iconic Tree House (La Casa del Árbol), home of the world-famous Swing at the End of the World. Here, you can swing out over the valley with panoramic views of the Tungurahua Volcano (weather permitting) — one of Ecuador’s most iconic photo spots.
Next, for those seeking more adrenaline, we make an optional stop at the Río Blanco Mega Adventure Park (not included). This adventure complex offers ziplining, canopy rides, Tibetan bridges, and extreme swings that cross over canyons and rivers, surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery.
We then stop for lunch in Baños (not included), with time to enjoy local cuisine and explore the town’s artisan shops and laid-back atmosphere.
The adventure continues along the Waterfalls Route, leading us to one of Ecuador’s most impressive natural wonders — the Pailón del Diablo. A short hike through lush forest trails takes us to observation platforms where we can admire the immense waterfall up close and feel its misty power.
In the late afternoon, we begin our private return to Quito, arriving in the evening after a day filled with adventure, nature, and unforgettable views.
