• Day 01 : Departing from Quito

  We depart early from Quito in private transport, traveling northwest through breathtaking Andean landscapes that descend gradually into the subtropical forest.
  In just two hours, we reach the Mindo Cloud Forest, one of Ecuador’s most biodiverse ecosystems and a true paradise for nature lovers.
  Our first stop is the Alambí Reserve, a sanctuary for hummingbirds and other native species. Here, you can observe dozens of colorful birds up close while surrounded by lush vegetation and the soothing sounds of the forest.
  We then continue to the Tarabita Cable Car, which carries us high above a deep canyon, offering panoramic views of the dense forest canopy below. On the other side, we begin a guided hike along the famous Waterfalls Route, where crystal-clear cascades, vibrant flora, and butterflies create a magical atmosphere.
  After our hike, we return to the charming town of Mindo, where you’ll have free time to enjoy an optional lunch at a local restaurant and experience the relaxed rhythm of this ecological village.
  In the afternoon, we visit a butterfly and orchid farm, where you’ll learn about the fascinating life cycle of butterflies and discover Ecuador’s extraordinary diversity of orchids, many of which are endemic to this region.
  To end the day, we visit a local chocolate workshop to taste artisanal, single-origin cacao — one of Ecuador’s proudest traditions, made entirely by hand from bean to bar.
  After a day filled with adventure, color, and natural beauty, we return to Quito, arriving in the late afternoon.
